My experience with the customer service at dressilyme.com has been good. Although shipment took longer than what I was expecting, they were always responsive, cordial and willing to help. The two times I wrote to them while waiting for the order, they answered fast and were helpful. I purchased a pair of shoes. I followed the instructions to order the right size and ended up ordering one size up than what I regularly use in U.S. When I received them, I was glad they fit me PERFECT! So the instructions they have on the website regarding measurement and how to refer to the sizing chart before ordering were helpful. I cannot say anything about the durability of the shoes given that I just bought them, but I already wore them and they LOOK good and FEEL good, no complaints. I had to wait about a month from the date I ordered until I receive them, but I'm happy with the purchase and you can't beat the price. Given the good experience, I will probably order in the future from this site.

- Q: Can I return the dress if I don't like it?

If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.
- Q: I am confused, what size wedding gown should I order?
A: Wedding gowns run smaller than normal clothing sizes. If you wear a 12 in normal clothing, Please see our Size Chart for more details or you can also custom the dresses for yourself.

A: Your purchase could not be more secure with us. All your sensitive information is transmitted with 128 bit encryption directly through Google to your credit card company. No one ever sees your credit card information. Our employees receive your name, items on your order and shipping address ONLY. You have a better chance of having some one else having your credit card number going to a store than typing it directly on your computer.
- Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we accept international orders and can ship to most of the countries. However, please note that it's your own responsibility to learn the custom policy and the import tax situation in your own country.
- Q: I'm in a real hurry, how do I get my dress faster?
A:Many dress orders can be placed using a Rush Order. You can also choose our Express Shipping service which will save delivery time.
