Important Notice About Chinese New Year Holiday

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there have some impacts on order processing and customer service YOU MUST KNOW.


Order Processing

For orders need to be tailored (any dresses WITHOUT "Ready-To-Ship" labels) after Jan. 7th, the processing time will delay 10-20 day. So the processing time will be 30-45 days approximately (after payment confirmation). And we will work hard to make the processing time normal around Feb.1st.

For ready-to- ship orders (orders contain only Ready-To-Ship dresses) after Jan. 12th, we will do the shipment on Feb. 6th. The processing time will be back to 3 working days by Feb. 3rd.




Customer Service


Customer service ceases from Jan 21st till Jan 27th, during these few days we may NOT be able to reply your question emails promptly as usual. All your emails will be handled at the earliest time as soon as we are back from holiday.



TIPS:

1. The final processing time of orders may depend on the actual production situation. You could track the order status from "My Account".


2. We will notify the order updates by emails, please be sure that your email address is correct and can receive our emails without any problem. Click here to modify contact email address if necessary.


3. To save your time waiting for response from our customer care team, most of the common questions about your order and the information you may want to know can be learned from FAQs in Help Center.


4. If you have a fixed order required date, please kindly inform us in "Wish Receipt Date" box when checking out. We'll try our best to arrange your order accordingly.
