Can I exchange the size and the color of the dress I have ordered in the process of production?

Once your payment has been paid and confirmed. Our dressmaker will make or prepare the dress according to the size and the color you choose. If you have any requirement of exchange color and size, please inform us with 24 hours before work has begun. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.

Can I cancel my order in the process of production?

Once your order has been placed and paid, you may cancel within 24 hours before work as begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation or refund once work has begun on your order. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.

If you don't like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for the detail attentions and steps to return your dress if needed.

All the In Stock dresses are returnable to exchange the size. The around shipping cost for return and exchange will be on your account. As long as the dress is in a new condition, not a custom dress and not expedited (shipped faster than regular or ground), we will happily exchange or refund your payment.

If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.

Important Notice About Chinese New Year Holiday

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there have some impacts on order processing and customer service YOU MUST KNOW.

Order Processing

For orders need to be tailored (any dresses WITHOUT "Ready-To-Ship" labels) after Jan. 7th, the processing time will delay 10-20 day. So the processing time will be 30-45 days approximately (after payment confirmation). And we will work hard to make the processing time normal around Feb.1st.

For ready-to- ship orders (orders contain only Ready-To-Ship dresses) after Jan. 12th, we will do the shipment on Feb. 6th. The processing time will be back to 3 working days by Feb. 3rd.

Customer Service

Customer service ceases from Jan 21st till Jan 27th, during these few days we may NOT be able to reply your question emails promptly as usual. All your emails will be handled at the earliest time as soon as we are back from holiday.

1. The final processing time of orders may depend on the actual production situation. You could track the order status from "My Account".

What is a "Wish Receipt Date" ?

Wish receipt date is the actual date you want your dress come in or the wearing date of your dress. Once you indicate this date, we will arrange your order accordingly to avoid any misunderstanding, delay or cancellation in processing the order.

The setting of Wish Receipt Day is based on the following processing time from different kinds of dresses on DressilyMe.com.

For the in stock dresses,which are titled with "In Stock" and labelled with "Ready To Ship", they can be shipped out in 3-5 business days after order payment cleared. Considering 5-15 post days (the post time depends on the carrier you chosen for your order) for international shipment, you can fill in the date which is 10 days later from the day you place the order.

For the other non-in-stock items, it will normally take 15-20 business days for tailoring, it might be more or less, depends on individual dress style and order quantity. Considering 5-15 post days (the post time depends on the carrier you chosen for your order) for international shipment, you can only fill in the date which is 28 days later from the day you place the order.

Brides today have many choices on where to purchase their wedding gowns or party dresses, whether it is from a chain store, a privately-owned bridal/dress shop, an online store or even eBay. Here are some tips to choose the best place to buy your dream dress.

Off-the-Rack (This is normally where the store stocks all gowns in the store)
This is not a recommended option unless you are really pressed on time and you want your gown today! There are several reasons why we say that:
- Dressilyme offers accessories at discounted prices. We sell veils, tiaras, lingerie, shoes, flower girls, and Prom dressing accessories.
- FYI- Dressilyme is a mega occasional wear distribution center that can save $100's on unnecessary markups for your dress as we do not have the overhead of a traditional store.
Ordering your dress Online (many options are available online, but you must be smart shopper)
- "I am considering ordering my dress from a mail-order discounter or online. Bridal shops warn me if something goes wrong with the dress, the discounters won't fix the problem." Here's a common scare tactic full-price retailers use to frighten brides. Retailers say: 'If you order online and a problem happens with your order, you are left high and dry.' Nothing could be further from the truth. We found many reputable discounters that have excellent customer service reputations and stand behind what they sell. And we've found the best gown web sites will work hard to correct any problem with a dress order.

- It should not take any longer than 10 weeks to get a wedding gown or customized dress in unless it is a special/custom order gown. This is a BIG red flag. If the gowns are not neatly hung on the racks, walk away. If the store does not look stocked, walk away. Do not be afraid to walk away. If you are ignored or treated badly before they get your money, imagine how you will be treated after they get your money. Even if you live in a small town and it's the only bridal store for 100 miles, you still have other options. Trust us, for being a long-term wedding expert, we just know!
- Avoid the website if it sells items other than just occasional apparel and occasional accessories. If the website sells everything from iPods to fishing equipment, and has wedding gowns thrown in the mix, do you really think they know anything about selling wedding gowns? They just want to sell stuff.
- If you purchase from these sites you will most likely not be able to return your item. So don't even tempt fate.

Wedding Gowns and Accessories
VINTAGE IS IN! Whether you wear your grandmother or mother's dress, or pick something up at a vintage clothing shop, you'll be in style.
